Bring your uke with you to class and I'll show you how to tune it and how to play simple chords with your child.

The ukulele is wonderful "first instrument" that you can teach your child at his/her own comfort level as you learn to play yourself. 

The most important thing you can do for your child is to model learning and having fun with the instrument.
